Outdated bathroom stripped to the brick. Re-routed plumbing, tanked walls, fresh tile layout, and a fully sealed walk-in finish.

The story
Started with a careful strip-out, protecting the hallway and stairwell.
Re-plumbed water and drainage to the new layout. New bathtub set with 24-hour settlement testing before fitting.
Walls and floor levelled and primed, tile layout dry-laid to centre the pattern, adhesive applied, grouted and cleaned.
Faucet, showerhead, sink and toilet aligned and tested. High-grade silicone applied to every wet contact point.
